Inclusion Criteria
Those who have a history of immediate drug allergy to Cefaclor
-Serum-specific IgE to Cefaclor through ImmunoCAP: =0.35 kU/L
(Cefaclor drug provocation test is not a prerequisite.)
Exclusion Criteria
-Those who do not meet the criteria of drug allergy to Cefaclor when the medical history is checked
-Those who have not completed the consent form
-Those under the age of 19
