- 19?(Year) to 80?(Year) (—)

Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Unilateral groin hernia patient aged 19–80 years old.
- •2\. Patients who listened to the research explanation, agreed to participate, and wrote a prior consent form.
- •3\. Patients who plan to undergo regular groin hernia correction
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pregnancy
- •2\. Patients with recurrent groin hernia
- •3\. Patients with a history of transverse incision, lower abdomen surgery
- •4\. Patients with a history of radical peritoneal resection of anterior adenomy
- •5\. A bilateral groin hernia patient.
- •6\. Medical problems exist where laparoscopy or general anesthesia is prohibited.
- •7\. In the case of symptoms/symptoms of hernia in confinement or confinement.
- •8\. Patients with intraperitoneal infections or skin infections around the site to be operated.
- •9\. Cases where the patient does not actively cooperate due to mental illness or serious systemic illness;
