1. Patients aged 19 or older and under 80 years of age undergoing urology surgery under general anesthesia
2. Patients who are class 1,2 of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification.
- Body temperature measured in the ward before surgery is 37.6°C or higher or less than 36.0°C
- Obesity (body mass index >35kg/m2)
- Severe endocrine, cardiovascular, or respiratory disease
- Psychiatric history and cognitive impairment
- Unstable hemodynamic signs upon admission to surgery [bradycardia (heart rate < 45 beats/min), tachycardia (heart rate > 120 beats/min), hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg), hypotension (systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg)]
- When the time from induction of anesthesia to termination of anesthesia is less than 1 hour
