•Written informed consent.
•-Consent to undergo PET/CT examination in specific study centers in case of a positive index test result of a healthy subject.
•-Healthy controls: Age 30-75 years.
•-Sick population: Histopathology/Cytology proven diagnosis.

•-Tumor-related treatment in last 3 months (i.e. Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy, Immunotherapy, Hormone therapy treatment, Surgery etc.)
•-History of taking any of the following drugs in last 08 week:
•i. Corticosteroid containing drugs
•ii. Immunosuppressants (Methotrexate, Cyclosporine, Azathioprine, Tacrolimus, Mycophenolate, Rapamycin, Sirolimus, Adalimumab, Infliximab etc.) :
•iii. GMCSF (Sargramostim)
•-History of severe febrile illness or inflammation during the last 8 weeks before blood draw
•-History of Covid during the last 8 weeks
•-History of any vaccination during preceding 4 weeks
•-History of any surgery or severe trauma during last 8 weeks
