Inclusion Criteria
60-85 years, Hip fracture 12-24 months ago, medically stable, English speaking, Cognitively intact, able to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Cognitive impairment, Sensory deficit that prevents patient hearing instructions or viewing a DVD on their TV at home, assessed by checking with patient that they can hear instructions and view DVDs at home, Parkinson’s Disease, previous history of stroke
