1. over 18 years old, healthy person
2. Able to communicate (excluding those who are illiterate or unable to fully understand the survey questions)
3. Understand investigational study, cooperative (willing to postpone previously scheduled for elective surgery) and able to participate until the end of the study.
1. Back Depression Inventory(BDI) = total score 24
2. Perceived Stress Scale-14(PSS-14) = total score 18
3. History of heart surgery and take medication that affect autonomic nervous system or heart function
4. Subject who has participated in another investigational study within 4 weeks prior to the first visit
5. body mass index >30kg/m2 or <18 kg/m2
6. having mental and physical problems or takes psychiatric drugs
7. Any condition that the principal investigator believes may put the subjects at undue risk
