Patients with symptomatic conjunctivochalasis not relieved by conventional medications.
Patients with symptomatic conjunctivochalasis who have had clear corneal phacoemulsification surgery.
Patients unable to attend follow-up visits.
Patients with nasolacrimal duct blockage.
Patients with any previous intraocular surgery, ocular surface surgeries, or eye diseases that could alter the tear film.
Patients with systemic diseases(sjogren syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis) and using drugs(steroids, antihistaminics,antihypertensives,antipsychotics,antidepressants)that could interfere with tear production.
