Inclusion Criteria
patients with diagnosis of allergic fungal sinusitis based on culture and pathology.
Exclusion criteria: history of previous sinus surgery, history of systemic disease, pregnant or nursing mother, patient who display rising of hepatic enzymes during treatment with itraconazole.
