PG: pediatric cancer disease, completion of acute inpatient medical therapy, age 6-21, medical clearance to study participation by the treating physician, written consent of at least one parent or legal guardian (minors) and the study participants
GG: healthy siblings / friends of the PG, age 6-21, written consent of at least one parent or legal guardian (minors) and the study participants

relative contraindications (lead to training interruption:)
thrombocytopenia, acute thrombosis, nausea / vomiting / dizziness, fever, severe acute infection, up to 7 days after minor surgery, at least 2 weeks after major surgery, muscle / tendon / ligament / joint / bone injury

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary objective of the study is to examine the effects of a yoga intervention on balance.<br>Therefore, the subjects stand in a one leg stand on a double-laid rope for one minute. The exercise therapist counts the floor contact of the free leg. In addition, the compensatory movements of the raised leg, the arms and the whole body are assessed.

Name Time Method In addition, the impact of the yoga intervention on the following functional-motor parameters is examined:<br>- functional mobility (timed-up-and-go test, 3 meters)<br>- functional strength of the lower extremities (sit-to-stand test)<br>- mobility of the lower extremities (stand-and-reach test)<br>- strength endurance of the upper extremities (push-ups according to the Deutsche Motoriktest, 40 seconds)<br>- isometric force of the ankle dorsiflexors (hand-held dynamometer)<br>- active range of motion of dorsiflexion in the ankle (goniometer)
