1) Mainly KOA patients with knee pain, no surgical indications.
2) 18= age =65 years old.
3) Kellgren Lawrence standard rated as level I or Level II; Knee joint motion range =120°, flexion contracture =15°.
4) Informed consent and sign informed consent.
1) Patients with serious diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system.
2) Patients who received KOA treatment with other methods within 2 weeks.
3) Patients with cardiovascular diseases, asthma, gastrointestinal diseases, bleeding disorders, ulcerative diseases, perioperative period, long-term alcohol consumption or taking anticoagulant drugs (such as warfarin), suspected or have a history of drug abuse.
4) Pregnant, pregnant or lactating women, mental patients, etc.
5) For other reasons, the doctors of the research group unanimously determined that it was not suitable for inclusion.
