In 2019, a Randomized Controlled Trial was conducted with 193 young people aged 12-16 years who were randomly allocated to the intervention or a 4-week waitlist control condition. Significant findings demonstrated that WeClick was effective for improving help-seeking and that participants found the app enjoyable, interesting and easy to use.

- •This study targeted young people aged between 12 to 16 years who are living in Australia, fluent in English, have access to the Internet, have an active email address, and mobile phone access (iOS or Android). Participants are also required to provide their parents’ consent.
