Inclusion Criteria
1)Headache disability questionnaire score more than 10%
2)Age group between 20 to 40 yrs.
3)Both male and female will be included
Exclusion Criteria
1.Vascular headaches, migraine and tension type headaches.
2.Ligamentous laxity of cervical spine.
3.Participants with other neurological disorders.
4.Participants with vestibular disorders.
5.Participants with cervical spine stenosis.
6.Cervical myelopathy
7.Red flag signs as space occupying lesions.
8.Severe osteoporosis
