入排标准
入选标准
- •ASA (American society of anaesthesiologists) I & II physical grading
- •Age between 18 to 60 years
- •Elective Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
排除标准
- •Patients belonging to ASA(American society of anaesthesiologists) physical status III, IV and V
- •Patients with history of hypertension, diabetes
- •Patients with fixed cardiac output status like aortic stenosis, mitral stenosis
- •Patients with history of left ventricular failure, atrioventricular conduction block& severe cardiac disease
- •Patients with known history of bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- •Patients with renal and hepatic derangements
- •Patients taking clonidine, beta blocking drugs, calcium channel blockers, MAO inhibitors
- •Elderly (age > 60 years) and age <18 years, Pregnant & lactating women
- •History of allergy to α2 agonist
