入选标准
- •A cluster was considered eligible for the study based on an observer. An observer will be recruited to our study if he/she has a responsibility to observe at least one patient that meet all of the following criteria:
- •1. new case of active pulmonary TB with a positive acid-fast bacillus in sputum smear.
- •2. age more than 18 years old
- •3. able to use LINE application
- •4. live in Songkhla province
排除标准
- •There is no exclusion criteria for a cluster, however the TB patient in the cluster will be excluded if he/she meet at least one of the following criteria:
- •1. has a condition that must be referred to the specialist
- •2. antibiotic sensitivity test (GeneXpert) shows rifampicin resistance
- •3. status is not compatible to continue treatment
- •4. alcohol dependent
- •5. migrant labour
