1. Nulliparous women who are having at least three uterine contractions lasting >30 seconds within 10 minutes
2. within gestational age of 37-42 weeks
3. within age range of 19-35 years
4. with live singleton pregnancy through obstetric and USG report (current report)
5. with cephalic presentation
6. with undamaged skin at the bilateral SP6 points
7. Spontaneous onset of labour
8. Patient baseline data (latent phase) and commencement of study at 4cm cervical dilatation
9. Estimated foetal weight of >=2.5-4 kg
10. No significant medical history or past obstetrics history
11. Not using any techniques of perineal preparation (perineal massage).
•Use of analgesics (Epidosin, Drotin and Tab Misoprost)
•Known threatened abortion
•Pregnancy after infertility
•Any conditions that need to expedite delivery or caesarean section, such as placental abruption, meconium, or the use of any anaesthetic gas
•any mental health problems
