Healthy non systemic disorder patients
Mesioangular or vertical impacted lower third molar

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnant women
Alcohol drinkers
Smokers
Patients with systemic diseases pathological condition or local oral infection
Allergic to aloe vera gel or collagen
