Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients who schezuled arthroscopic rotator cuff repair under general anesthesia, within american society of anesthesiologist classification 1 or 2\.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Who has coagulation abnormality, Cardiovascular disease, bronchopulmonary disease.
- •Who recieved opioid analgesics, sedative or anti\-epileptic drugs.
- •Who has allergic reaction for the medication.
