Inclusion Criteria
Healthy young adults between the age groups of !8-40 years from both genders were included from Sumandeep Vidyapeeth were included.
Exclusion Criteria
individuals having any recent musculoskeletal injury or any past history of any lower limb surgery or any congenital deformity of lower limb or having any history of hypertension diabetes mellitus or any other neurological conditions were excluded.
