Inclusion Criteria
1. Healthy participants
2. Age 18-25 years
3. Able to type massage using both thumbs
4. Use a smartphone for texting daily at least 2 hrs
Exclusion Criteria
1. Have musculoskeletal disorders
2. Have neurological disorders
3. Have immune diseases
4. Have diabetes mellitus with peripheral neuropathy
5. Have history of spinal or upper limb surgery
6. Have open would at neck or shoulder of the tested side
7. Present kinesio taping allergy
