Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Healthy participants
  • •2\. Age 18\-25 years
  • •3\. Able to type massage using both thumbs
  • •4\. Use a smartphone for texting daily at least 2 hrs

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Have musculoskeletal disorders
  • •2\. Have neurological disorders
  • •3\. Have immune diseases
  • •4\. Have diabetes mellitus with peripheral neuropathy
  • •5\. Have history of spinal or upper limb surgery
  • •6\. Have open would at neck or shoulder of the tested side
  • •7\. Present kinesio taping allergy
