Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Healthy participants
- •2\. Age 18\-25 years
- •3\. Able to type massage using both thumbs
- •4\. Use a smartphone for texting daily at least 2 hrs
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Have musculoskeletal disorders
- •2\. Have neurological disorders
- •3\. Have immune diseases
- •4\. Have diabetes mellitus with peripheral neuropathy
- •5\. Have history of spinal or upper limb surgery
- •6\. Have open would at neck or shoulder of the tested side
- •7\. Present kinesio taping allergy
