Inclusion Criteria
· Both male and female paramedical students with ages >= 18 years to 26 years · Those who consent to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Those diagnosed as diabetic, chronic respiratory disease, uncontrolled hypertension, heart disease and severe musculoskeletal disorder. · Smokers · Recent abdominal surgery · Prescribed drug that changes respiratory functions · Pregnancy · Not able to perform all study-related procedures. · Withdraw consent
