入选标准
- •subjects showing the uric acid level between 7-11 mg/dl.
- •subjects presenting with clinical features of vatarakta such as,
- •swelling(katina,stabda)
- •burning sensation(daha)
- •hot to touch
- •affected skin becomes blackish red in colour(syava/tamra twacha)
- •itching(kandu)
- •kunchana(contracture)
- •daha,toda,sphurana in sandhi
- •subjects presenting with clinical features of gout such as,
- •painful joint
- •redness of joint
- •hyperuricemia(7-11 mg/dl)
排除标准
- •subjects prediagnosed with autoimmune disease of joints
- •patients with chronic alcoholic history
- •hypothyroidism
- •patient on immune suppressive drugs
- •tumour lysis syndrome
- •type 1 diabetes mellitus
- •type 2 diabetus mellitus with complications
- •patients with severe toxicity,ulceration,progressive gangrenous changes
- •patient of vatarakta having,
- •spread upto knee(aajanu)
- •cracked skin(sphutita)
- •broken skin(prabhinna)
- •discharging(prasruta)
- •with complications(upadravajushta)
