Inclusion Criteria

There must be a capacity to consent.

Exclusion Criteria

All patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria. Lack of Capacity to consent. Pregnancy or lactation, previous or current gynecologic cancer treatment, especially brachytherapy. Pre-existing acne inversa or primary Sjögren's syndrome.

Primary Outcome Measures

umber of newly diagnosed patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome according to the 2016 ACR/EULAR classification criteria or number of newly diagnosed patients with acne inversa diagnosed by an expert.
