Inclusion Criteria
There must be a capacity to consent.
Exclusion Criteria
All patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria. Lack of Capacity to consent. Pregnancy or lactation, previous or current gynecologic cancer treatment, especially brachytherapy. Pre-existing acne inversa or primary Sjögren's syndrome.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method umber of newly diagnosed patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome according to the 2016 ACR/EULAR classification criteria or number of newly diagnosed patients with acne inversa diagnosed by an expert.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Analysis of questionnaires, activity score ESSDAI score &ESSPRI score, Medical history questionnaire, Hidradenitis Suppurativa Clinical Response (HiSCR), vaginale health index (VHI) and Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI).
