Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •BMI equal to or greater than 30; at least 18 years old, at least a diploma education; do not receive a psychotherapy or other applications that are affective on weight loss or gain.
- •Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or planning to pregnancy; menopause; receiving psychotropic drugs; addiction; Axis I: Clinical disorders including major depression disorder, psychotics disorder and substance use disorders. Axis II: Personality disorders and intellectual disabilities. Axis III: Acute medical conditions and physical disorders that affect to the obesity treatment. Axis IV: Psychosocial and environmental factors contributing to the obesity treatment.
