Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Aged between 18\-80 years old
- •2\. Previously told blood pressure was over 140/90 in last 12 months in a physician visit
- •3\. From Alameda or Contra Costa County, CA
- •4\. Speaks English or Spanish
- •5\. Able to provide consent for themselves
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pregnant women
- •2\. Being treated for cancer
- •3\. Cognitive impairment that prevents giving their own consent
