Inclusion Criteria
- •Single pregnancy
- •Low risk pregnancy
- •Normal placenta and fetus status
- •Satisfied to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Drug abuser , smoker in pregnancy
- •Previous history of periods of depression and anxiety and stressful life events in the last 6 to 12 months
- •Mothers refuse to continue the intervention
