Inclusion Criteria
18 years and over
Simple fracture in an area of the arm that has undergone internal fixation surgery to repair this fracture
No Chronic Pain
mental health
No vision problems
Absence of motor diseases
No allergy to chamomile and anisum
Exclusion Criteria
Drug addiction
disinterest or withdrawal during the study

Name Time Method evel of anxiety. Timepoint: Before the intervention, 6 hours after the intervention, 12 hours after the intervention. Method of measurement: Spielberger Anxiety questionnaire.;Vital signs. Timepoint: Before the intervention, 6 hours after the intervention, 12 hours after the intervention. Method of measurement: It is clinically evaluated.;Postoperative pain. Timepoint: Before the intervention, 6 hours after the intervention, 12 hours after the intervention. Method of measurement: Visual Analog Scale for Pain.;Sleep quality. Timepoint: The morning after surgery. Method of measurement: St. Mary's Hospital Sleep Questionnaire.
