- •Individuals aged 18 to 40 years.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Thyroid disorders
- •Pre\-eclampsia
- •Kidney or liver diseases
- •Requiring insulin therapy during intervention
- •Taking selenium supplements or other antioxidants 3 months before the intervention
