Affected persons: living in southern Lower Saxony (districts of Hildesheim, Göttingen, Goslar, Holzminden and Northeim), confirmed diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, able to consent to participation themselves, time to attend 2 to 3 group meetings in Hildesheim between May and June 2024, interest in active, participatory collaboration
Carers: professionally active in the health-related care of people with Parkinson's disease in southern Lower Saxony (districts of Hildesheim, Göttingen, Goslar, Holzminden and Northeim), time for participation in 2 to 3 group meetings between September and November 2024 in Hildesheim, interest in active, participatory cooperation
- Arm2: resident in southern Lower Saxony (district of Hildesheim, Göttingen, Goslar, Holzminden or Northeim), confirmed Parkinson's disease or relative/associate of a person with a confirmed diagnosis, time to attend 3 meetings over 6 months in presence at the Göttingen Health Campus, own mobile phone with camera, willingness to use a free app for photo transmission and communication with the project team

Name Time Method ParkNetz is the first project to identify needs and requirements for a cross-sectional integrated care network for people with Parkinson's Disease (PD) in southern Lower Saxony (districts of Hildesheim, Göttingen, Holzminden, Northeim and Goslar). The development of a requirements profile and network concept should serve as the basis for the establishment of the regional network.<br>Central question: How can a cross-sectional, interprofessional health-related care network be provided for people with PD in southern Lower Saxony?
