Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Heart failure due to Ischemic Heart Disease
- •HF with EF 40% to 49% as documented by echocardiogram
Exclusion Criteria
- •Recurrent angina
- •Underwent cardiac surgeries within three months
- •Implant of pacemaker or AICD
- •Frequent ventricular dys\-rhythmias,
- •atrial flutter or fibrillation
- •Those who routinely practice Yoga/ Meditation/walking exercises
- •Orthopedic impairment
- •Severe Co morbid non\-cardiac diseases/Debilitated patient
