- •scheduled for first stage unilateral PCNL- to extract stones ,from the upper ureter and the pelvicalyceal system

- •patient unable to understand
- •hepatic /renal dysfunction
- •coagulation disorders
- •history of allergy to drug used in study
- •morbid obesity
