ASA classes 1 &2
scheduled for first stage unilateral PCNL- to extract stones ,from the upper ureter and the pelvicalyceal system
Exclusion Criteria
patient unable to understand
hepatic /renal dysfunction
coagulation disorders
sepsis
history of allergy to drug used in study
morbid obesity
