- •Undergoing head and neck surgery
- •Requiring an arterial line placement
Exclusion Criteria
- •Consent not given
- •Aortic stenosis
- •Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy
- •Recent myocardial infarction
- •Supraventricular tachycardia with haemodynamic instability
- •Retinopathy
