Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •18 years to 25 years female only from Kasturba Hospital manipal MAHE.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Below 18 and above 25 years females diagnosed with PCOD in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department Kasturba Hospital MAHE.
- •Patients that are immune compromised, suffering from terminal illness like HIV, cancer and those who are under medical treatment.
- •People who are under any kind of dietary restrictions.
- •Pregnant woman.
- •Lactating woman
