A planned thoracoscopic cohort using carbon dioxide gas. A 20-75 year old adult undergoing thoracic surgery.
- American Society of Anesthesiologists classification 1, 2, and 3 patients.
- Body mass index 35 kg/m2 or more
- American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification 4 or higher
- Patients with renal disease whose blood creatinine concentration is 1.5 mg/dL or more
- Uncontrolled hypertensive patients (systolic blood pressure greater than 180, diastolic blood pressure greater than 110)
- Who can not talk and have cognitive disabilities
- Patients taking diuretics before surgery
- Patients with pre-operative ejction fraction less than 30 percent or arrhythmia
- FEV1 less than 60 percent of the expected
- If the subject includes a person who can not read the consent form (eg, illiterate, foreigner, etc.)
- Those who have less chance of survival than 24 hours.
