Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Patients providing written informed consent voluntarily
  • •2\) American Society of Anaesthesiologists class 1 and 2
  • •3\) Patients height 150\-180cm and weight 50\-80kg.
  • •4\) Patients undergoing elective upper limb surgeries.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\) Patients not willing to give written informed consent
  • •2\) Patients with any contraindications for peripheral nerve block.
  • •3\) Allergic to study drug.
  • •4\) Coagulation disorders
  • •5\) Respiratory insufficiency
