Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\)Patients providing written informed consent voluntarily
  • 2\) American Society of Anaesthesiologists class 1 and 2
  • 3\) Patients height 150\-180cm and weight 50\-80kg.
  • 4\) Patients undergoing elective upper limb surgeries.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Patients not willing to give written informed consent
  • 2\) Patients with any contraindications for peripheral nerve block.
  • 3\) Allergic to study drug.
  • 4\) Coagulation disorders
  • 5\) Respiratory insufficiency
