Inclusion Criteria
- •1)Patients providing written informed consent voluntarily
- •2) American Society of Anaesthesiologists class 1 and 2
- •3) Patients height 150-180cm and weight 50-80kg.
- •4) Patients undergoing elective upper limb surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1) Patients not willing to give written informed consent
- •2) Patients with any contraindications for peripheral nerve block.
- •3) Allergic to study drug.
- •4) Coagulation disorders
- •5) Respiratory insufficiency
