Inclusion Criteria
Healthy volunteers; both genders; non smokers; age 10 to 40 years old; presence of dental plaque on dental surface
Exclusion Criteria
Were excluded volunteers diagnosed with any systemic diseases; syndromes; pregnant and lactating women; or who made usage of medicines that alter the salivary flow
