1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for perimenopause, and waist circumference >= 85cm;
2. Female, aged between 45 and 55 years old;
Those who have not taken sex hormones and have not undergone weight loss-related treatments within 3.3 months;
4. Volunteer to participate in this project and sign an informed consent.
1. Poor blood coagulation combined with infection or bleeding;
2. Those who have local skin infections;
3. People with severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction or critical illness;
4. Secondary obesity such as thalamic lesions, or endocrine system diseases such as hypercortisolism, hypothyroidism, insulin cell tumor, etc.;
5. Those who are allergic to foreign protein (such as fish, shrimp, crab and other seafood, eggs);
6. Those who are participating in other drug trials.
