Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Physical status: ASA I and II.
- •Age: between 21 and 60 years old.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Refusal of informed consent for regional anaesthesia.
- •Known Allergy to one of the study drugs.
- •History or evidence of coagulopathy, use of anti\-coagulant, anti\-platelet therapy, or infection at the injection site.
- •Patients with a history of drug abuse.
- •Patients with a history of upper limb neuronal injury at the same limb of the block.
- •Patients with history of respiratory distress for fear of diaphragmatic paralysis.
