Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Physical status: ASA I and II.
  • Age: between 21 and 60 years old.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Refusal of informed consent for regional anaesthesia.
  • Known Allergy to one of the study drugs.
  • History or evidence of coagulopathy, use of anti\-coagulant, anti\-platelet therapy, or infection at the injection site.
  • Patients with a history of drug abuse.
  • Patients with a history of upper limb neuronal injury at the same limb of the block.
  • Patients with history of respiratory distress for fear of diaphragmatic paralysis.
