American Society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) physical status II.
Pregnant females with full term pregnancy of reproductive age 25-35 years without
any coexisting disease.
Undergoing elective lower segment cesarean section under Subarachnoid block.
A known sensitivity to any study drug.
Patient with coexisting disease like Chronic or Pregnancy induced Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, history of Cardiac or Respiratory disease or with impaired kidney
or liver function.
Patient having any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia.
Onset of labour or multiple pregnancy or polyhydroamnios or known fetal abnormalities.
Patient with body mass index >40kg/m2.
