入排标准
入选标准
- •American Society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) physical status II.
- •Pregnant females with full term pregnancy of reproductive age 25-35 years without
- •any coexisting disease.
- •Undergoing elective lower segment cesarean section under Subarachnoid block.
排除标准
- •A known sensitivity to any study drug.
- •Patient with coexisting disease like Chronic or Pregnancy induced Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, history of Cardiac or Respiratory disease or with impaired kidney
- •or liver function.
- •Patient having any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia.
- •Onset of labour or multiple pregnancy or polyhydroamnios or known fetal abnormalities.
- •Patient with body mass index >40kg/m2.
