supratentorial location of the tumor
language eloquent tumor or patient has language impairment
proposed entity: primary or secondary brain tumor
all lesions of that patient are treated surgically
Mini Mental Status Examination >= 20 points
patients not eligible for MRI
patients with CSF fluid diversion
patients with implanted devices for neuromodulation or deep brain stimulation
patients who cannot consent
patient refuses participation
pregnant or breast-feeding patients
patients with exclusively infratentorial lesions
patients with meningiomas as lesion to be treated
patients on dialysis
patients with coronary heart disease
patients with heart rhythm disorders (except AV-block °I)
patients with NYHA III and NYHA IV heart failure
patients not eligible for nTMS language testing in German language
patients not eligible for nTMs language testing due to high grade of aphasia
