1.Subjects with Migraine, TTH and CGH with pain intensity > 6 on a 0â??10 visual analog scale at the time of presentation
2.A minimum 1-year history of headache with a minimum frequency of 1 per week.
3.Age more than 18 years and less than 60 years
4.Hypomobility of the upper cervical spine on manual examination from C0-3
5.Reproduction of headache on palpation of the upper cervical spine from C0-3
1.Subjects with headache other than, Migraine, TTH and CGH
2.Instability of the upper cervical spine on alar ligament and transverse ligament tests
3.Evidence of vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency
4.Vertigo or dizziness
5.Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylosis
6.History of cervical spine fractures
7.Pregnancy
8.Cognitive compromise
9.Any other contraindications to manual therapy

Name Time Method 1.The headache frequency number of headache days per month. <br/ ><br>Participants will be requested to note down in a headache diary with new diary completed prior to each assessment dates.Timepoint: 4 weeks, 3 and 6 months
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Headache intensity on 10 cm VAS <br/ ><br>2.Headache duration in the hours per week. <br/ ><br>3.Medication Intake total tablets per week. <br/ ><br>4.Peripheral and Central sensitization determined by pain pressure threshold <br/ ><br>6.Headache disability will be recorded with the Headache Activities of Daily Living <br/ ><br>7.Patient satisfaction scale with (0-100%) percentage rating scale <br/ ><br>8.Passive upper cervical rotation ROM in degrees with the flexion - rotation test. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 4 weeks, 3 and 6 months
