Patients of mild and short-term Insomnia disorder.
subjects who are ready to take part in the study with their consent.
Individuals with controlled systemic diseases.
Age below 60 years and above 80 years.
Acute illnesses such as cerebrovascular accidents, myocardial infarction,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,epilepsy.
Diabetes (Random Blood sugar more than 200 milligram per deciliters of blood, hypertension more than 180 systolic and 100 diastolic millimeter of mercury , and other uncontrolled systemic diseases.
Patients with major psychiatric illnesses like schizophrenia, depressive psychosis, bipolar disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, personality disorders, mood disorders, panic disorders, post-traumatic stress disorders.
Patients who are not suitable for Snehapana Sneha Ayogya
Patients suffering from chronic insomnia disorder.
Patients suffering from severe or moderate insomnia disorder.
Patients with addictions like alcohol, narcotics.
Advanced chronic illnesses such as bronchial asthma, diabetes, cancer, liver cirrhosis, chronic renal failure.

Name Time Method Improvement in quality of sleep of the patients with mild and short term-Geriatric Insomnia disorder. <br/ ><br>improvement in associated complains of Anidra. <br/ ><br>3.Improvement in disturbed Manasbhavas of the patients. <br/ ><br>Improvement in the level of stress by Holms and Rahe Stress scale. <br/ ><br>Improvement in Insomnia treatment satisfaction questionnaire insomnia treatment satisfaction questionnaire. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1 month <br/ ><br>
