Inclusion Criteria
- •Ability to work with social network telegram or whats App
- •Being volunteer
- •Having at least one year of work experience in the oncology ward
- •Having no mental illness from the promise of the nurses themselves
- •Do not use drugs that affect the mental situation before and during and up to one month after intervention
Exclusion Criteria
- •Inability to work with mobile apps
- •Work experience less than one year in oncology unit
- •Having mental illness from the promise of the nurses themselves
