Inclusion Criteria

1. Subjects between 20 and 60 years of age

2. Subjects with signs and symptoms of Avabahuka such as pain, stiffness and restricted range of motion in shoulder joint

3. Subjects pre-diagnosed with adhesive capsulitis

4. Subjects fulfilling any two of the diagnostic criteria will be included under the study

5. Both types of vata and vatakaphajanya avabahuka are included

6. Diabetic individuals with frozen shoulder whose blood glucose level are under control shall be included.

7. Subjects fit for Nasya karma and Snehapana.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients with shoulder joint fracture and dislocation

2. Patients with other systemic disease that may interfere with the study.

3. Pregnant and lactating women.

4. Subjects unfit for Nasya

5. Subjects unfit for Snehapana.
