- •recurrent lateral patellar dislocation
- •high grade trochlear dysplasia (types B, C, D in Dejour classification)
- •TT\-TG distance \>15 mm
Exclusion Criteria
- •Skeletal immaturity
- •Outerbridge 3 or 4 arthritis of patellar cartilage
