Inclusion Criteria

1.Aged 65-80 years;
2.Meet the above Chinese and Western diagnostic criteria;
3.A clear thinking consciousness, understand the scale and complete the assessment;
4.Agree to participate the test and sign a written informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Those who are rated as normal or dementia by the CDR of Clinical Dementia Rating Scale;
2.People with schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia or primary adult affective disorder, including those with a previous history of adult affective disorder, or patients with severe neurological deficits, such as various aphasia and agnosia
3.Those who have been diagnosed with Alzheimers disease, Parkinsons disease, post-traumatic dementia, central nervous system infection, toxic metabolic encephalopathy, multiple sclerosis and Huntington's disease before memory decline, mental retardation, primary failure Treated endocrine diseases;
4.Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
5.Patients who have been systematically treated with Chinese and Western medicine nootropics in the past 2 weeks.
