•1) patients with combined spondylolisthesis or nucleus pulposus herniation and severe compression of cauda equina nerve; 2) patients with lumbar surgery history; 3) patients with lumbar sprain, ankylosing spondylitis or osteoporosis; 4) patients with obvious surgical indications and not suitable for conservative treatment; 5) patients with severe primary diseases including heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and mental patients; 6) pregnant or lactating women who are allergic to this drug; 7) failure to complete the prescribed course of treatment, inability to judge the efficacy or insufficient data will affect the efficacy or safety judgment.
