Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.All children with Asa I/II
  • 2\.All children posted for upper limb and shoulder surgery and are consented.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.children or Guardian who are not willing to consent.
  • 2 children who have preexisting neurological deficit or seizure disorder
  • 3\.children with bleeding diathesis.
  • 4\.children who are allergic to local Anaesthetics.
