Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.All children with Asa I/II
- •2\.All children posted for upper limb and shoulder surgery and are consented.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.children or Guardian who are not willing to consent.
- •2 children who have preexisting neurological deficit or seizure disorder
- •3\.children with bleeding diathesis.
- •4\.children who are allergic to local Anaesthetics.
